Made-to-Order Products
All HamamDecor pieces are handcrafted and produced exclusively to order according to the specifications selected at checkout, including dimensions, stone selection, and finish.
Because our furniture is custom-made and manufactured according to individual customer specifications, orders fall under the custom goods exemption under applicable UK and EU consumer regulations.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Order Accuracy
Every piece is manufactured according to the confirmed order specifications.
If your order arrives not matching the confirmed specifications, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Our team will coordinate the entire process directly with you to ensure a smooth and professional resolution.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure every piece is carefully packaged and transported.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Customers are not required to manage carrier claims directly — our team will handle the process.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery.
Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours so our team can promptly assist.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.
Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations.
